Workshop with business students Pictures     Conclusions from workshop People agree that our product would be useful and they imagined thay could use it on a daily basis. They also saw potential in our product if this were to be able to connect to any social media and be able to share outfit or reccomend tips for their friends. They felt that connecting the mirror through their phone to upload their clothes information would not be hard or boring to do and they would do it if it meant the use of the mirror would later be easier. They think the product taking the form of the mirror would be the most effective and innovative way to broadcast the product.

Our competition

Competitors Indirect: Stylists and Amazon   Stylists: Stylist are people that offer their opinions of what to wear or what clothes to buy, and you can ask them questions about specific or more general doubts about style. There are also online stylist services, that break the need of having to leave your house or invite someone in it. With a stylist you get a more experienced and personal opinion. The main problem would be the price of hiring them. They also offer a different service from ours, they usually give more long-term advices in contrast to our daily recommendations. Pros Personal service More experience Can come into your house and see your clothes, or give advices of what to buy Cons Expensive You pay for each time you request their services You have to invite to your house or go somewhere Require more time Amazon: (not in the market) Not long ago they patented a mirror that dresses you with the clothes you choose. Ideas and solutions

Image
Ideas and solutions Problem: People waste too much time thinking on what to wear. 1st idea: online stylists It consists in a webpage where people can get in contact with our stylists via online. Users can get in touch with them from our webpage via chat, audio conference or video conference (each one more expensive), and would pay depending on the time spended. Viability This solution would require a big infrastructure of people working for us 24/7, which is impossible for us given the resources we have. 2nd idea: mobile application It's an app where the user inserts all his clothes and the application tells him what combinates the better. The app can also categorize by type of cloth, color or if it's warm or not. Sponsors could give us money to make their brands appear as clothes recommended to buy. Viability This is a good solution in terms of viability, but would depend on the user's mobile phone, and the user may not be willing to use it when he/s...
