First Model Canvas The following image shows the first Model Canvas that we created for our project.  We quickly decided on our key partners, for we knew which materials we needed to create our DressUp Mirror, since the mirror is an open source project from Raspberry PI. The main issue for this one, that we later wanted to test were the key activities (whether to add more or not) and the customer segments (since we had two very different segments, we needed to see for which would our product work better).
